Clear Printer Spooler

Try this steps ;

1-) Start - Run - Cmd (this command show you the ms-dos command line)

2-) NET STOP SPOOLER

4-) CD \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SPOOL\PRINTERS

5-) DEL. (type y)

6-) NET START SPOOLER
